AYEEE!!

Image
Hey loves! I know, I know—it’s been a minute, right? Still, I wanted to come through and tap in. How have y’all been? Did you feel that shedding energy on 2/22? It was giving transformation, for real. Let’s catch up. I’ve been in full-on hermit mode lately, deep in this transition. Honestly, I’m learning how to show up as my most authentic self—no matter the scenario. Let’s keep it a buck: as a Black woman, code-switching feels like it’s woven into my DNA. It’s that muscle memory, the autopilot mode. But here’s the thing—I don’t need it anymore. It’s wild, right? Peeling back those layers and choosing to be unapologetically me is both freeing and a little intimidating. But it’s necessary. I’ve also realized that standing in my purpose doesn’t have to look like a grand, fixed destination. Purpose is fluid. It shifts and evolves, and it’s different for everyone. My purpose, I’ve come to understand, is simply to exist—and not just exist but to be present and soak in life’s delights and ma...

Glamour? Magic?

Image
Welcome back!! Lol So its been a minute right? There has been so much going on energetically and spiritually- transformations and many mini-epiphanies.. Anyway, lets get into MY take on Glamor Magic… It has so many different aspects to it- please keep in mind everyone does their werk differently, take what you would like to implement and leave what you don’t… mmKay?? Coo! “In a spiritual or esoteric context, glamor magic (sometimes spelled "glamour magic") refers to the use of magical practices or techniques to create an illusion or enhance one's appearance, charm, or influence over others. The term "glamor" originates from the word "grammar," which historically referred to a magical or enchanting spell. Over time, it evolved to mean a spell or charm that could make something appear more attractive, desirable, or fascinating than it really is.” My take on it is simple: embracing all aspects of yourself and building your confidence makes your inner ligh...

HAPPY NUE YEAR!!!!

Image
"Yall make some noise wtf aaaaaaaaHHHHH"- sexyy redd It's my birthday!!🎊🎂 I am a firm believer in celebrating absolutely everything, but baby your birthday is your personal New Year! I love traditions and rituals, but I need you to keep that same energy with yourself. Today, let’s focus on celebrating ourselves! We’ve discussed the importance of “doing the work,” exploring our shadow selves, and healing our inner child. Now, it’s time to shift our perspective to self-love and celebration. Don’t wait for anyone else to recognize your worth; if you do, you might find yourself waiting forever. Even when the world isn’t watching, taking the time to love and appreciate yourself is both healing and essential. It cultivates a deep awareness that you don’t need external validation, especially from those toxic individuals you should have left behind. Remember, my loves, you are whole all on your own. You don’t need to beg anyone to “see you” or settle for anything less than you...

Im almost certain that's why I am surrounded by them, but anyway moving forward This Supermoon energy has been felt strong!! typically you feel the effects three days before and three after but it almost feels as though I have been feeling the energy of this particular moon since September 30th.  Lets get into it! Let’s dive in! This full moon is in Aries, a fire sign that sparks inner courage and decisive action. It’s all about trusting your intuition and making bold moves. For some, it feels like a veil has been lifted—those rose-colored glasses are off, allowing you to move forward without fear or self-doubt.   Hey my loves i hope you all are ready to embrace the fall season! Its such a beautiful time of year... Im in Nevada and while our days are still warm (70-82ish) you can tell its fall by the night air... there's a hint of that crisp-cool smell hahaha- hopefully that makes sense. Anyway lets get in to the real, real quick.... Shadow work!!!! First like everything else lets break down the meaning of your "shadow self" and then ill elaborate on the work i did myself, what surfaced, and a few tips/tricks to aide in the work. As always there will be a journal prompt as well as a recipe, for today there will be an herbal tea as well as a spiritual bath recipe and instructions.  Ok so boom:  The "shadow self" is a concept in psychology and spirituality that represents the parts of ourselves we often repress or deny. These aspects can include fears, insecurities, and darker emotions that we might consider undesirable. Spiritually, embracing the shadow self is about ack...

Clear The S#!t Out

Embracing the Autumn Equinox which is about honoring the balance of the light and dark, and feeling gratitude for both the past and future. As we approach the autumn equinox, I've been reflecting on the themes that have emerged, particularly following the recent full moon and partial lunar eclipse. For myself and my loved ones, the focus has been on cord cutting, clearing soul contracts, eliminating false beliefs, and addressing karmic connections. Before diving deeper, let’s clarify these concepts. 💫 Energetic Cords: Energetic cords are often described as invisible connections between individuals that facilitate the exchange of energy, emotions, and thoughts. These cords can form through various relationships, creating bonds that can be either positive or negative, depending on their nature. They influence feelings of attachment, dependency, and even conflict. 💫 Karmic Connections: Karmic connections refer to relationships believed to involve shared past-life experiences or unr...

Welcome to The Villain Era

Image
Welcome and congratulations, my loves! I don’t believe in coincidences, so let’s say we’ve been divinely guided to connect. Since you’re here, it means you’re on a consistent healing journey in womanhood. You’ve navigated through inner child healing, started shadow work, and come to realize that people-pleasing will no longer define you. If you haven’t quite reached that realization yet, don’t worry; we’ll cover it in future posts. This is your gentle nudge into your "villain era"—a term that often gets a bad rap but is also known as embracing the divine dark feminine. Let me clarify what this means. The dark divine feminine is simply a woman who boldly shows up as herself, demands respect, and communicates clearly. Yes, that means your throat chakra is clear, cleansed, and activated. "No" is a complete sentence in this era, and boundaries are both set and respected. Doesn’t sound so bad, right? Exactly. In this space, you embrace being the "villain" b...
