It's my birthday!!🎊🎂 I am a firm believer in celebrating absolutely everything, but baby your birthday is your personal New Year! I love traditions and rituals, but I need you to keep that same energy with yourself.

Today, let’s focus on celebrating ourselves! We’ve discussed the importance of “doing the work,” exploring our shadow selves, and healing our inner child. Now, it’s time to shift our perspective to self-love and celebration.

Don’t wait for anyone else to recognize your worth; if you do, you might find yourself waiting forever. Even when the world isn’t watching, taking the time to love and appreciate yourself is both healing and essential. It cultivates a deep awareness that you don’t need external validation, especially from those toxic individuals you should have left behind.

Remember, my loves, you are whole all on your own. You don’t need to beg anyone to “see you” or settle for anything less than you deserve. Embrace your uniqueness and let it shine! Celebrate your accomplishments, big and small, and honor the journey that brought you here.

Now lets get into the rituals that I do:

1. Spiritual Bath (non traditional)

What You Need: Epsom salt, essential oils (like lavender or eucalyptus), fresh flowers, candles.

Directions:

1. Fill your bathtub with warm water.

2. Add a cup of Epsom salt and a few drops of essential oils.

3. Scatter fresh flowers in the water for an added touch of beauty.

4. Light candles around the tub to create a calming atmosphere.

5. Soak for at least 20 minutes, visualizing any negativity washing away. Reflect on the year past and the year ahead.

2. Cleansing Doorways with Salt Water 

What You Need: A bowl of salt water, a cloth or sponge.

Directions:

1. Mix water with a pinch of sea/Celtic salt in a bowl. (add Florida water for razzle dazzle)

2. Dip the cloth or sponge into the salt water.

3. Starting at your front door, gently wipe down all doorways in your home.

4. As you do this, set the intention to cleanse your space of negative energies and invite positivity and abundance.

3. Writing a List of Intentions

What You Need: Journal or paper, pen.

Directions:

1. Find a quiet space and sit comfortably.

2. Reflect on what you want to manifest in the coming year.

3. Write down your intentions in present tense as if they are already happening (e.g., “I am thriving in my career”).

4. Read them aloud, feeling the energy of each intention. Consider keeping the list visible as a reminder.

4. Scripting

What You Need: Journal or paper, pen.

Directions:

1. Imagine your life one year from now. Picture the details vividly.

2. Write a narrative of your day as if it’s already happening, including feelings and experiences (e.g., “Today, I wake up feeling energized and grateful...”).

3. Use sensory details to make it as real as possible.

4. Read it regularly to align your energy with your desired future.

5. Manifesting Dream Vacations with ChatGPT

What You Need: Access to ChatGPT or similar tools, notebook.

Directions:

1. Open a conversation with ChatGPT and describe your dream vacation, including activities, locations, and feelings.

2. Ask for ideas on how to plan this trip and what to include.

3. Write down the suggestions and visualize yourself on this vacation, feeling the joy it brings.

6. A Day in the Life of Your Future Self

What You Need: Journal or paper, pen.

Directions:

1. Close your eyes and visualize your ideal day in the future, including where you are, who you’re with, and what you’re doing.

2. Write a detailed account of this day, focusing on emotions and experiences.

3. Allow this vision to inspire your actions and decisions moving forward.

7. Your Perfect Day

What You Need: Journal or paper, pen, access to ChatGPT.

Directions:

Visualize Your Perfect Day: Close your eyes and imagine what your ideal day looks like, from morning to night. Consider where you are, who you’re with, and what activities you’re doing.

Use ChatGPT: Open a conversation with ChatGPT. Use prompts like:“Can you tell me a short story about my perfect day?”
“Describe a day in my life where I feel completely fulfilled and happy.”

Receive and Reflect: After ChatGPT provides the story, take a moment to reflect on it. Think about the feelings and experiences described.

Write It Down: In your journal, write a detailed account of your perfect day, incorporating elements from the story. Focus on emotions, activities, and the people involved.

Incorporate Elements: As you write, consider how you can incorporate elements of this perfect day into your current life. What steps can you take to make it a reality?

8. Meditation of Gratitude

What You Need: Comfortable space, optional calming music.

Directions:

1. Find a quiet place to sit or lie down comfortably.

2. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

3. Begin to think about the things you are grateful for, big and small.

4. Visualize each one and allow feelings of gratitude to fill your heart.

5. Spend 5-10 minutes in this space, feeling the warmth of appreciation.

Please keep in mind these are not all done in one day, they are spread out through the month and sometimes leading up to my birthday.

I also smudge with rosemary and seal the house with cinnamon...Rosemary is used for its purifying properties, helping to clear negative energy while promoting relaxation and mental clarity. Burning a cinnamon stick enhances the atmosphere by attracting abundance and warmth, Cinnamon not only provides protection against negativity but also symbolizes fresh starts and love. After every smudge you should seal your space (cinnamon, clove, or your favorite incense)

I also make it a point to feel pretty and get as much rest as my body need (that was my cute intro to glamour magic lol😏)
