Sooo Did Yall Feel That!?
Hey yall I know its been a minute, Life has turned me every which a way but loose, you hear me? lol but in the best possible way. October for me is always exhausting but celebratory... This Libra THRIVES in Scorpio season... Im almost certain that's why I am surrounded by them, but anyway moving forward
This Supermoon energy has been felt strong!! typically you feel the effects three days before and three after but it almost feels as though I have been feeling the energy of this particular moon since September 30th.
Lets get into it! Let’s dive in! This full moon is in Aries, a fire sign that sparks inner courage and decisive action. It’s all about trusting your intuition and making bold moves. For some, it feels like a veil has been lifted—those rose-colored glasses are off, allowing you to move forward without fear or self-doubt.
This is a powerful time to pursue new opportunities and assert your needs. And yes, full moons are great for manifesting! While I’m all for journaling and scripting, let’s focus on setting intentions around feelings. Instead of fixating on what you want, ask yourself: How do you want to feel when you achieve XYZ? Really sit with that feeling, rather than getting caught up in the specifics of how or what.
Sometimes, the grand things we envision aren't in alignment with what we truly deserve. You might be calling in a flower, but what’s really in alignment is a whole garden. When we fixate too much on our desires, it can obscure our vision of what we’re truly worthy of. So, let’s embrace the bigger picture!
For some, this is an ideal time to focus on grounding and connecting with your root chakra. Grounding helps stabilize your energy, ensuring you feel secure and centered as you navigate the shifts and opportunities this moon brings. There are many effective ways to ground yourself, such as spending time in nature—walking barefoot on grass or sitting under a tree can be incredibly restorative. Meditation is also powerful; visualize roots extending from your feet into the earth, anchoring you and drawing up stability. Breathwork can aid in this process as well—deeply inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth, imagining grounding energy with each inhale and releasing tension with each exhale. Engaging in physical activities like yoga, tai chi, or dancing helps release pent-up energy and reconnects you to your body. Mindful eating of grounding foods, such as root vegetables and hearty grains, nourishes you physically and mentally. Crystals like hematite, black tourmaline, or red jasper can enhance your grounding energy; hold them during meditation or carry them with you. Finally, journaling about your feelings can help you process emotions and clear mental clutter. By integrating these practices, you’ll be better equipped to harness the fiery energy of this full moon while maintaining a sense of stability and connection to your true self. (and true self is in connection and addition to our shadow selves😉)
This weekend will be a great time for a detox, listed below will be a recipe and one of my favorite guided meditations.
Please remember to be gentle and loving with yourselves.
XoXo,

Herbal Detox Tea Recipe
1 tablespoon dried dandelion root (or fresh if available)
1 tablespoon dried nettle leaf
1 tablespoon dried peppermint leaves
1 tablespoon dried ginger root (or fresh ginger, sliced)
4 cups water
Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the dandelion root, nettle leaf, peppermint leaves, and ginger. Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes. This allows the herbs to release their beneficial properties. After simmering, remove the pot from heat and strain the tea into a teapot or large mug using a fine mesh strainer. If desired, add the juice of one lemon for extra flavor and vitamin C. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste. Enjoy your herbal detox tea warm, or let it cool and serve over ice for a refreshing iced tea.
