Welcome to The Villain Era

 Welcome and congratulations, my loves!

I don’t believe in coincidences, so let’s say we’ve been divinely guided to connect. Since you’re here, it means you’re on a consistent healing journey in womanhood. You’ve navigated through inner child healing, started shadow work, and come to realize that people-pleasing will no longer define you. If you haven’t quite reached that realization yet, don’t worry; we’ll cover it in future posts.

This is your gentle nudge into your "villain era"—a term that often gets a bad rap but is also known as embracing the divine dark feminine. Let me clarify what this means. The dark divine feminine is simply a woman who boldly shows up as herself, demands respect, and communicates clearly. Yes, that means your throat chakra is clear, cleansed, and activated. "No" is a complete sentence in this era, and boundaries are both set and respected. Doesn’t sound so bad, right? Exactly. In this space, you embrace being the "villain" because the only people who see you that way are those who benefited from you being a pushover, a doormat, or a people-pleaser.

In this era, you'll embark on significant self-discovery and learn to be comfortable in your womanhood. Embrace this phase—it’s all about stepping into your power and owning your space. The dark divine feminine is all about embracing your true self with confidence and grace. It’s about being authentic and accepting both your strengths and imperfections. This aspect of you embodies inner strength and resilience, standing firm in your values and setting clear boundaries to protect your well-being. It involves doing the deep work to integrate and accept all parts of yourself, including those you might usually hide. By reclaiming your power, you take control of your life and make decisions that align with your true desires. You honor the natural rhythms of growth and rest, practice profound self-love, and use your energy to create meaningful change. Recognizing the sacred in everyday moments, you blend strength with compassion, understanding others while staying true to your own needs. Embracing the dark divine feminine is a journey of authenticity, empowerment, and transformation, leading you to a more fulfilled and empowered version of yourself.

In future posts, I’ll explore various topics that I feel drawn to, though I must admit, there’s no particular order—typical Libra behavior! I’ll share my personal experiences that led me to embrace my “villain era” . Each post will end with a journal prompt and a recipe, which might include ideas for a foot soak, spiritual bath, tea, or something else to support your journey.

Journal Prompt:
Authenticity: How do I currently show up in my life, and in what ways am I holding back parts of my true self? What would it look like to embrace and express all aspects of who I am, including my strengths and flaws?

Tea Recipe:
Red Raspberry Leaf
Rose petals/buds
Lavender
Dried Raspberries
(a table spoon of each ingredient... 2Tbs in 8oz of boiling water for 3-5min) Because entering into a new phase or era can feel overwhelming this tea was curated to add ease, love, and grace needed.
